Just one plant of Summer Savory will season your dishes all summer long! Minimum of 300 mg per packet (about 525 seeds).
Productive – Summer Savory germinates in 4-14 days when soil temps are 65-70°F. Plant 1-4” deep and space 12” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 12-18” tall with a spread of 25-30”. This variety will mature in 60-65 days, but you can begin harvesting as soon as your plant has 3 or 4 sets of leaves. Plant in USDA Zones 1-11
Fresh Summer Savory on Hand – The leaves can be used to season beans, sausages, vegetables, stuffings, soups and stews. And along with a few other herbs from your garden, you can make your very own homemade Herbs de Provence.
